Communication settings
Set the name your emails come from and how your team is notified.
Settings > Communication controls how your church’s emails appear and how ChurchStack notifies your team.
Notifications
Choose how your team hears about things like new tasks and approval requests: Email notifications and, on Pro, SMS notifications.
Email settings
- Sender ‘From’ name: the name people see your emails come from, usually your church’s name.
- Reply-to email: where replies go. This is your church’s Contact Email, set in Settings > Organisation.
Unsubscribes and bounces
ChurchStack adds a footer to every bulk email with your organisation’s details and an Unsubscribe link. People who unsubscribe are left out of future bulk emails automatically.
Keep your contact list tidy. If a lot of emails bounce because addresses are wrong or out of date, email sending for your account can be suspended to protect everyone’s delivery.
