Contact your church
For church members: send your church a question, prayer request or concern, or ask them to correct your details.
Send a message
- Go to More > Contact your church.
- Choose what it is about: Question, Prayer request, Concern or complaint or Something else.
- Add a subject if you like, write your message and tap Send.
It goes to your church office. When they reply, you will see it in your inbox (the bell on the home screen), and get it by email too.
Correct your details
Your church keeps your details up to date. If your name, email, phone, birthday or address is wrong:
- Open your Profile (tap your picture on the home screen).
- Tap Ask for a change.
- Choose what needs changing, type what it should be, add a note if you like, and tap Send request.
You will get a message in your inbox when the church has updated it.
