Terms of service
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between NULIFE MULTIMEDIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”), and the church or organisation that creates a ChurchStack account (“you”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
The service
ChurchStack is software for running a church: people records, events, communications, giving and a member app. We may improve and change features over time, and will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you can do.
Your account
- You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them.
- Keep sign-in details private, and tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
- The account owner can delete the organisation. Deletion happens after a 14-day grace period and cannot be undone after that.
Your data
Everything you put into ChurchStack remains yours, and you can ask us for a copy at any time. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the information you record about your members and for using it in line with data protection law. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ChurchStack to:
- send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or ignore unsubscribe requests;
- store or share unlawful, harmful or abusive content;
- attempt to access other organisations’ data or disrupt the service.
Plans and payment
- The Starter plan is free for organisations within its limits.
- Pro is billed monthly or annually in advance, priced by the number of people in your records. If you move into a higher band, we will tell you before the price changes.
- You can cancel at any time. Pro features stay available until the end of the period you have paid for; your data is kept and your account moves to Starter.
- Prices are shown before you subscribe. Taxes are added where required.
Online giving
Card giving is provided through your own Stripe or Paystack account, under their terms. Gifts are paid directly to you; we never hold the funds. You are responsible for refunds, disputes and any gift reporting obligations, such as Gift Aid in the UK.
Availability
We work to keep ChurchStack running and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using ChurchStack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
