How does pricing work as my church grows?
Pro pricing is based on your number of active people. As your church grows past a band, you'll be notified before any price change. Never a surprise.
What happens if I don't continue after my Pro trial?
You're moved to the free Starter plan automatically. Your data is always kept. Pro-only features simply become locked until you upgrade again.
Is multi-branch / multi-campus included?
Yes. Multi-branch is included in every Pro plan, not an extra add-on.
Do you support SMS and email in Nigeria and the UK?
Yes. Sending is routed automatically based on your church's country, with local providers for reliable delivery.
Can I migrate from a spreadsheet or another system like ChurchSuite?
Yes. Bulk import via CSV/Excel gets your existing member data in within minutes.
Is Barnabas AI going to replace our staff's judgement?
