Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work as my church grows?
Pro pricing is based on your number of active people. As your church grows past a band, you'll be notified before any price change. Never a surprise.
What happens if we stop paying for Pro?
You move back to the free Support plan. Your data is always kept; Pro-only features are simply locked until you subscribe again.
Is multi-branch / multi-campus included?
Yes. Multi-branch is included in every Pro plan, not an extra add-on.
Does ChurchStack take a cut of our giving?
No. Card gifts are paid straight into your church's own Stripe or Paystack account. We take nothing; the payment provider charges its usual fee.
Can I migrate from a spreadsheet or another system like ChurchSuite?
Yes. Import your members from a CSV or Excel file; every row is checked and you confirm before anything is saved.
Is Barnabas AI going to replace our staff's judgement?
No. Barnabas is an assistant. It answers questions from your real records and helps draft messages, but it cannot change anything, and it only sees what the person asking is allowed to see.
