Help for the page you are on

Select the ? in the header, or Help for this page in your profile menu. The help article for that screen opens in a new tab.

Contact ChurchStack support

1. Open your profile menu (your name, top right) and select Contact support. On a phone, it is in the menu.
2. Choose a Topic, add a subject if you like, and describe what you were doing and what happened.
3. Select Send to support.

We can see which church you are from, your role and the page you were on, so you do not need to include them. You get an email with a ticket number, and a real person replies by email, usually within one working day.
